Rev. Michael Woolf Advocates for Cook County Jail Inmates During COVID-19 Outbreak
The Daily Northwestern recently reported on the alarming increase of coronavirus infections at Cook County Jail and the April 9th Revolution Club Chicago protest rally, during which a statement by Rev. Michael Woolf was read. In the statement, Rev. Woolf called the prison system “a bastion of injustice,” and urged government officials to release high-risk prisoners, as well as those not convicted of crimes.
