We will be hosting a conversation with Rebecca Todd Peters, author of Trust Women: A Progressive Christian Argument for Reproductive Justice. To participate most fully with Prof. Peters, we recommend reading her book first. We would also ask that you try to procure it from a local, independent bookseller. This conversation around reproductive rights will prepare us to participate in a gathering modeled on the open and affirming/welcoming and affirming process, whereby congregations can declare their support for reproductive rights.
