The church is on the northwest corner of Chicago Avenue and Lake Street, just south of downtown Evanston. It is 2 blocks north of Dempster Street, 4 blocks west of Sheridan Road and 5 blocks east of Ridge Avenue.
Parking: Free Sunday morning parking is available on the lower level of the Holiday Inn Hotel, which is half a block west of the church. Enter the parking lot by driving down the ramp on Sherman Avenue. On-street parking is free on Sundays and available on Lake Street and around Raymond Park on Chicago and Hinman Avenues.
CTA trains: If you are traveling by CTA, get off at the Dempster “L” stop on the Purple Line, then walk 2 blocks north and 1 block east.
METRA trains: If you are traveling by METRA, get off at the Davis stop, then walk 2 blocks east and 2 blocks south.
Accessibility: Lake Street Church is accessible to wheelchairs and those with limited mobility. As you enter the courtyard along Chicago Ave., turn left to take the elevator up to the sanctuary. The sidewalk to your right leads through the courtyard and up a gentle slope into the church annex (MacLeish Hall, Parlor, Parker Room and meeting rooms).
